No, but the glare is not really bad.i just tilt the angle of the screen.

Q: Does it come with Microsoft Office loaded?

It suggests that you try it for seven days and then so much a month. I use OpenOffice which is free. I had to get a tech at Microsoft help me load it because a setting had to be changed to access it.
