I really, really like this shampoo. Yes, it is expensive but, in my opinion, totally worth it. I was losing my hair on a regular basis and did some searching on the Internet. Read reviews on what I thought my problem was. I have very oily skin and as I have aged my hair has gotten dryer. My hair looks fine but my scalp is very oily which is called sebum. This shampoo really has taken care of the problem for me. Keeps my hair soft and has really helped my scalp and I no longer lose hair thanks to this shampoo. It has a kinda lemon smell to it. Great stuff !!!!!!

My hair sucks. Or maybe my scalp sucks, because I can shower in the morning, sit in an air conditioned room all day, and by early evening it would look like I had been misting my head with olive oil all day. I have long, fine hair, and suffer with the ends drying out if I do try an oil balancing shampoo, so that's also fantastic. It's been this way my whole life, and I've tried every trick product, method, supplement or remedy you can think of.Stop washing your hair? Tried it. Only wash your hair with _______? Tried that too. Scrub your scalp with a loofah made from only the plants that grow on the top of some distant mountain? Yeah, all of it. Vinegar, dry shampoo, hair masks, random types of shampoos recommended across every corner of the internet, believe me, I've tried them all. The biggest success I ever saw was that maybe my hair wouldn't be oily until 9PM instead of 5PM and the ends of my hair would turn into hay.But then a Reddit rabbit hole lead me to this. This shampoo is freaking magic. I didn't believe it until I saw it, but I can actually wake up without oily hair - I never even knew this was an option. I can use a quarter sized dollop and be good for over 24 hours, which makes me unreasonably happy. And the ends of my hair are no longer sad and awful - they're not dried out, my hair is softer than ever, and honestly looks better than it ever has. Plus, there's a very light scent to this shampoo that's just pleasant - maybe a touch citrusy, I can't put my finger on it, but I quite like it.I won't try to cover up for the price, as I know it's a privilege to be able to afford this, but it's literally the only thing that has ever worked for me. I would buy it by the gallon if I could at this point, though with whatever magical thing they're putting in here, that might be too much power got one person to yield.Anyway, yeah, get this shampoo if you can. It's some crazy stuff.

I received the travel size of this product in an advent calendar this year, and decided to see if they had a version that was made for my hair type. They did and I dove in. I wish it smelled as nice as the moisturizing one, but this is innocuous for a grapefruit shampoo. And honestly, it could smell awful for the results it provides. I usually have pretty dull ends and this makes them bright and shiny.I have multiple health issues so my hair is usually an awful mess. This really makes a difference. Pretty midrange pricing, smaller bottle.If you have difficulty squeezing, you’ll have a tough time with this cap and bottle.I had a little bit of a hard time figuring out how much to use. Some shampoo is easy, quarter size and you’re good to go. If you’re extra oily, wash once with a quarter size, wash again with a dime size and you’ll be good.I found best results with an in-shower conditioner vs leave in and day cream.

I have naturally oily hair and it may be due to age however I purchased the shampoo in the hopes that it would help cut through natural oiliness but the shampoo really didn't make much of a difference. Therefore I believe it is extremely overpriced.

This is a very small bottle for the price. And I find that I must use a good amount to get the shampoo to keep my scalp from getting oily. I use other shampoos because this one is not cost effective to use by itself. It works well, it does not dry out my ends. The smell is okay, and it does go away after styling. It arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Will definitely buy it again! You get what you pay for and be consistent don't expect a miracle after one wash, but I already see a change, got it 4 days ago, my hair is curly, rebel, I don't even have to use conditioner with this shampoo, first time in my life no conditioner!! that's says a lot!

Leaves my hair (which gets oily at the roots but dry at ends) completely dried like a broom from root to tip. Very disappointed given the price.

Works great with oily skin.
