I’m 5'4" and ordered the medium size—it's a perfect fit! This pillow offers excellent support, conforming naturally to the curves of my head, neck, shoulders, back, and lumbar. It’s incredibly comfortable and makes sitting up in bed for reading or relaxing a real pleasure. The packaging was surprisingly compact, which made me question whether it could expand into a full-sized bedrest pillow. It arrived vacuum-sealed and double-wrapped in heavy plastic, so it took a little effort to unpack. But once I cut through the second layer, the pillow instantly expanded, just like the description promised. I waited the recommended 24 hours before using it, and it fluffed up beautifully. The Ivory color is soft and elegant, adding a nice touch to my bedroom decor. Overall, this pillow exceeded my expectations and delivers exactly what it claims.

I rushed to get the box which was small. I always feel back aches from watching tv in bed. This item is perfectly soft and comfortable. The arch is a perfect back support. Good quality. Even has 2 side pockets for a remote or book. It's even washable. Completely worth it if your looking for ease on your body.

Very sturdy and perfect color match to my furniture. The arm rests would have been better is they were longer and extended to the back of the pillow seat.It doesn’t work on the couch as I planned but I found another spot for it. I have an ottoman that is too big for the front of the couch in our small living room. It is currently at the end of the couch for additional seating.Our couch has very deep seating and I wanted to replace the back pillows I currently use but it doesn’t sit far enough back to be comfortable.

Just the pillow you’re looking for if you don’t want a soft squishy chair pillow. This pillow provides comfort and reduces neck, arm and back pain. The neck pillow attachment easily detaches for individual preference. Side pouches are convenient for storing stylists, tissues, phone, etc. No smell detected. Definitely worth the price.

Super comfortable, great quality, I love that the covers are washable, great back and neck support. I purchased so that I could work from bed after having surgery in Sept. It did have a mild smell, but I washed the covers. Paper work does state there will be a mild smell but after a week it should go away. My son said he wants one now, I like that they offer in other colors.

Good support. Nice and large. The arms are Velcro which hold them against the main pillow but otherwise there’s just a little fabric loop holding them in place. Needed to reposition them but the quality is good otherwise. No real complaints. I use mine with an additional pillow but it’s good by itself as well.

I had an emergency c-section and a nurse recommended ordering a "wedge pillow" before I went home and I stumbled on this - SO MUCH EASIER than arranging 7 different pillows around and behind you, especially after major abdominal surgery - it was so unbelievably uncomfortable to get up and down from the bed, any kind of bending at the waist or engaging at my core was brutal - this allowed me to be in a semi reclined position and alleviate a ton of pressure from my core - comfortable enough to sleep on/with occasionally - PLUS, the little pockets on the side were awesome for the TV remote, nipple balm, snacks, etc. and I wasn't losing things in piles and piles of pillows - it may seem like an unnecessary luxury but I assure you it was absolutely needed for my recovery - if you're a c section mama with a road of recovery ahead and you're on the fence, don't be - you deserve to be comfortable and enjoy small conveniences !!

Pretty firm and sturdy straight out of the box. Instructions say to normally wait 24 hours for it to expand further but was good enough for me out of the box. Arm rests are removable and comfortable. This works great for L-shaped couch runners while placing the back against the wall.
