it was my first seventeen album ever and i absolutely loved unboxing it!! everything was included and nothing was missing (at least i think so lol)

Missing photocards
Album had sticker residue in multiple places on the front and my random photocards were not inside the album and the 24 set of photocards were knocked out of place so the album was clearly opened.

Okay.
Great -- but the 4 randomized photo cards were not included. Very upsetting.

it came with no bubble wrap or cling wrap on it and I didn’t get my 4 random photo cards.
