Well I have sourced real shilajit right next to the source and that stuff is potent. Goes hard in summer and softens up in winter - that's probably how you tell the quality. 5 gm stuff would last a lot and, unchecked, it ended up spilling in my cabinet drawers.I ordered this for the convenience but it didn't impress me. Not as effective as I could feel with a pinch of real gooey stuff. I expected better from MM. Same goes for their multivitamin gummies. Thus it was a single purchase. They need to focus on improving their quality before heavily investing in marketing only to disappoint :(

All the gummies were watery, taste was not that great not the quantity of Fulvic acid in each gummy is good.To fulfill per day requirement it will require 5-6 gummies consumption per day.
