Great taste, large size. I find this better tasting and leaves a nicer finish than other rubs available here. 5 stars.

I used this rub on some beef short ribs which I cooked in the smoker. I did half in salt and pepper and half of them in this rub. I still like salt and pepper on my beef , not sure things need to be more complicated then that, but I also liked this rub. I was expecting it to be too much, but it was much closer call than I expected. The flavours this rub gives are not overpowering but different enough to give you some interesting flavours, so next time I cook beef ribs I'll so the same again, half with this rub and the other ribs in salt and pepper.....why not?

Top Notch RubYES! I mean YES, crazy good this rub is, I’ve been using it on everything, wings, thighs, whole birds, any chicken on the bbq, in the oven or air fryer, they all come out crazy good. It’s sweet & fruity with spices, such a nice blend with bags of flavour, I am really impressed and happy with this, I want to try more flavours.

First time using it in my smoker with a beef joint, seasoned the night before and added a second layer before it went in - Had a lovely bark when it came out and the flavour was superb, can't wait to try it on a brisket and more.
