The original one broke on my firepit. Replaced it with this one. Factory Mounting hole was slightly smaller than this threaded shaft. But drilled out hole a little fit good. Works perfectly.

Worked fineEasy to installHeads up: mounting thread is narrow so it will mount easily to thin material only. I tried to mount through 1/4" thick fire table base and the width of the threads were too narrow. I had to modify.
