Methylene blue is hard to describe. The 1st time you take it kinda feels like you just arrived for the 1st morning, on a beautiful Caribbean vacation. Excitement, butterflies, vibrant colors. It’s a clean feeling, with no “come down”. I will say, don’t take MB b4 bed, ya probably won’t sleep much. I take it in the morning. And don’t need to drink nearly as much coffee. The bluish urine is a thing, but on one capsule per day most people would notice only a slight change in urine color.Imagine micro dosing the most infinitesimal microscopic amount of psylocybin. This encapsulated methylene blue is easy to use on the go. I also dose up with liquid methylene blue when I can be careful not to stain clothing or furniture. I asked if she'd changed anything recently, and she mentioned she's started taking methylene blue on a physician's recommendation. I did some research into the effects of Methylene blue, and promptly ordered a batch for myself, both liquid form and this pill capsule form. For I, too, had been not myself for a long while; concussions can have adverse effects that last for years. It wasn't just the memory loss, brain fog, and inability to concentrate that bothered me; the emotional lability was problematic. If there was a molecule that helped restore equanimity and higher order functions , I wanted to test it!!!Besides the side effect of blue urine, I definitely seem to benefit. I feel calmer, more rational, it's easier to see the bright side of situations and the best in people. It's not the same calm as ashwagandha's, which is more serene and meditative; with MB my brain feels analytical, and inclined to be amused by life. It definitely seems to appreciate the nutrient.

I am a fan of methylene blue but don’t like the mess of using it from a liquid in a bottle. It is much easier to use these capsules, still effective. Gives me a bit of natural energy, no jitters. I can tell it works from my greenish blue pee. I put them on auto subscribe. I tried the same brands Blue boost but like this one better, either the dosage or the other ingredients this one just seems to work better.

I bought this on a whim but once I looked I realized this is just marketing nonsense.3 stars for the MB but that's it.

My focus improved, feeling less tired. I recommend giving it a shot.
