No instructions but ladder is awesome, easy to move around and locking wheels makes it safe. You will reach items alot safer with this.

Total garbage. Ordered one and it arrived with broken feet and no instructions. Returned to amazon and got a replacement and experienced the same thing. Arrived with broken feet and no instructions. Hardware bag is stapled closed. Everything besides the tubing is as cheaply made as possible. Cheapest fasteners, cheapest feet, cheapest wheels. The included wheels are too small / mounted too high so you have to basically lay horizontal to roll. Complete pain to assemble with included wrenches. Use real tools if you dont want to suffer.

I cannot give this product a good review due to having to go to the local hardware store to purchase missing bolts and nuts. The assembly is pretty straightforward but with no instructions or parts list I had to start assembling only to find that there was missing parts.Once put together, the steps do exactly what they are intended for. I think a partial refund should be in order. I would have liked to contact seller to request hardware but the only option was to return the entire package (which is big and heavy) for a replacement. Seems like a lot of effort and money so I spent another $10, gas and time to drive to town to get the parts I needed.

First of all, packaging was pretty beat up upon arrival. There are no instructions for assembly so I had to go back to the Amazon post and study that picture. Assembly is fairly easy. There were holes that didn't match up perfectly so bolts had issues going through. Wrenches provided are useless being, plus there are two sized bolts and only one size wrench. All in all it took me an hour to assemble and it is a very sturdy ladder.

What a piece of junk. One of the casters was bent 20 degrees right out of the box, and the whole unit looked incredibly flimsy - although I only got 2 steps on before I realized one of the casters was bent. Stay away from this product.
