Fantastic earbuds!
I have owned several pairs of these earbuds now and always stick with them as they provide excellent sound quality, comfort and practicality. They fit in the ear really well and can be worn for many hours without fatigue. Battery life is now even better and having USB C charging is much better than the previous micro USB. I like the app that now allows you to customise the sound and update the firmware. My wife also uses them and says they're great. You get a lot of eartips sizes to find your perfect fit, and the little case is very handy. Overall, I think they are superb value and quality.

Strong performance for on-the-go audio
Decent sound quality for the price point, comfortable and with many options for the in ear fittings. I've owned a couple of this company's designs now. They're fairly durable, putting up with daily use and staying in at the gym and while running. I prefer earphones that link with a wire because the signal transmission is more stable and I'm happy to say that these give good connection well over fifty feet away from my device, and no cutting out while I'm wearing them.

Cannot multi-point pair, or charge while using; but nicer ear hooks; seem solidly built enough
My icing-on-the-top feature for this type of earphone is being able to use while charging and I've only had 2 over the years (of maybe 10-15) that supported this. These don't. The ear hooks are straighter than most others (which curve round to fit into an ear lobe, these are stubby, straight, but wider). I have small ears and not much lobe, so with some ear hooks the thin tip of the hook is too much and sticks out a little, actually making it more likely to get caught and be pulled out by stuff that skims my ear, like my hands when adjusting sunglasses or my hair. These ones stay in my ears better and are much less hassle to fit securely because it's just a push fit, no extra work to seat the hooks into whatever ear lobe nook or cranny I can get. Not sure if the more amorphous (lumpy?) shape of the body and ear-side silicone has anything to do with that (it also might though).Sound quality is about what you expect at the price, to me; not too much bass (don't like the Sony's for this reason), the treble isn't too harsh (mostly listen to podcasts, the odd video and social media feed session every now and then, and background music, so not a big audiophile as far as earphones go).Battery life is pretty good for my needs, buttons are easy to find and press without looking, they use USB-C charging so no hunting around for different cables between them and my phone (not noticably faster or slower to charge). The control pod is a little chunkier than some others but doesn't get in the way. After 3 months use, no further notes - still as functional, battery feels like it's still doing ok though maybe holds ever so slightly less charge than when new (or it could be down to more use of them).

Great all rounder for the price
Great ear phones and great audio quality. Had the previous iteration of these and the missus took them for herself so I got these for myself! Great battery life and more importantly great sounds and microphone for making phone calls. With USB C for charging also super convenient as my last pair I had to use micro USB. Super happy with these and customer service is also great.

Worth every penny ! Much better than the sony ones
I honestly did not expect it to be of this good a quality. The size and voice is good, cable length is appropriate and nicely balanced in weight on both ends, the audio time is really good, I love the case it is in and the app too. Overall, it is worth every penny. Much better than the sony earphones I purchased last time. Areas of improvement - I would like to know how much percentage battery is remaining when I turn it on.

Lasted just over a year.
Used them daily. For phone during the day and tablet in the evening.Sound quality was fine. Never ran out of charge while in use. I habitually charged them overnight. The rubbery cover over the control buttons started peeling off about a month ago and today they stopped working altogether. It's a pity, for £40 it's hardly a disposable purchase.

Poor quality!
I thought I'd found the perfect ear buds. I needed wired ones for work. The sound was actually quite good, I was happy with the fit too. But after wearing once I noticed the cable insulation coming away from the control unit. They're going back, not even a day old!

Mediocre sound quality, poor battery life
I got these to replace my Sony WI-C100s that broke after a few months. These sound a bit worse and have quite poor battery life. I'm charging them at least once, sometimes many times, per day. The weight distribution means the are a little uncomfortable on the neck. However, they do fit quite well in the ears and come with a wide range of tips in the box. I still wouldn't recommend these and would say to look at other brands.
