This is the best co10 money can buy. The quality is not matched. I have found a cheaper high quality option but it's not the same. The taste is one of my favorites. I wish I could find it as a beverage same texture and taste and mixes into just about anything. The energy level you get from this is fantastic a much better alternative to caffeine.

Even though the bottle came damaged, it was sealed. I've been using this brand for a long time, but capsules, so I changed to this liquid version. It's amazing, but make sure you take the right amount. If you do too much it can cause nausea fluttering in the heart, but it goes away after fifteen minutes or so, so be careful and measure it correctly

Not sure how to judge this product but I have been using it for a few years now and am still pretty healthy. It taste good, slightly sweet, slightly tarty.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:It works i took 10ml and it tore my stomach up. I was in so much pain from gas. And it keeps you woke so take it early. Maybe without food because with food you'll be bloated. I took a break until this gas subsides and I'll do a smaller dose.Ease of swallow:Not bad I didn't have to add it to anything. Flavor was good. Effectiveness:It works I say start small at 1st let ur body get adjusted to it.

This CoQ 10 was recommended and I'm using basically to prevent heart disease as I go into my 60s. As far as I can tell it has quality ingredients. I think a liquid like this is good for absorption.
