Worth the money
The first solar panel I received was not charging the external battery it came with but customer service sent me a new unit that arrived the very next day that worked perfectly and made just in time for our camping trip. It’s easy to transport, light weight, lasted multiple charges and was very easy to use. I would definitely recommend adding this to your safety and camping kit.

Very good product for what I needed.
Works as designed. Bought it to keep the battery on my lawn mower charged. Attached it to the roof on my shed, ran the cable inside to the generator. Plugged charger into the generator and it keeps the battery fully charged.

Very helpful
We love this product. It is very helpful for events. It's a good size and weight. The only downside is how long it takes to fully charge up. We use it to charge our phones and use the light at events I don't know it's quality beyond that.

Great product, just needs some more information posted
I have a more permanent use where I mounted it on a detached pavilion and hung the battery bank inside. I'm using it for a 50w ceiling fan and it works flawlessly.Pros: Virtually no setup. Take it out, plug it in.Long battery life. It has more than enough battery for what I'm using it for.Cons: When the AC power is on (i'm guessing there's an inverter) it uses more wattage than the rate the solar panel charges. When I first installed it I left the AC power on (there's a separate button for AC) and it was slowly draining the battery by around 10% each day.I was able to mount the battery bank where I could reach the button. So all's well that ends well. I do think people should be made aware of this. I would hate to know I was out camping, and overnight my battery bank was draining when not needed. From what I've read it's typical for an inverter to consume power while it's running, so I don't think this issue is native to this product. Just need to be communicated out there.

Charged fine in the house, not recharging with the Sun panels.
It charged fine plugged in to the wall in the house to a full charge. We used it. it charged three phones. And we tried to recharge it with the sun panels we had everything plugged in fine. It sat out and direct sunlight at a 45° angle for 8 hours it started at 34% battery and after sitting in the sun for 8 hours it ended at 24% battery so it lost energy instead of gaining it. So there's something wrong with the connection from the solar panels to the unit I'm going to have to return it or exchange it or return it and get a bigger one I don't know but this is not recharging with the Sun.

Very versatile battery with excellent solar panel
So far so good! This solar generator came packaged so well. It was missing the promised carrying case that Amazon was negligent to include with the purchase of the panels and battery, but I cannot discount the product for that. When it arrived it was indicating 77% charge, I took it out to the front yard and connected the 40 watt panels to it so I could gauge how quickly the unit would recharge. I was surprised to find that it had recovered to a full charge in around 2 hours. Now, this was around noon in August so later times of day and months will have an affect on it's charging capabilities but I was impressed. I have a camping trip soon and will add to this after I've used it for a week.

Small, portable - limited power capability. Just double check what you need first.
Returned it because we found something that worked better for what we needed. It’s a nice size though - not heavy and small. If you need a little bit of power that’s portable, I’d give it a try. Just be mindful to check all the ports work when you get it. Our 12v out did not seem to work. Since we found a more powerful solution, we did not go through customer service to address it, so I can’t speak to their customer service.

It's a Winner!
I have been trying it out for the past 2 weeks. It holds a good charge and retains a lot of power. The size is so much smaller than I thought it would be. It performs great though. I got the solar panel and I've tried it twice. It does a great job!
