The recommended serving size is 1 capsule a day so this tub should last me 60 days. I find that the capsules are easy to swallow and I have not had any adverse effects from them.

Easy to swallow capsules, with no scent or taste, and seem to be good value for money. The product arrived quickly in nice packaging, that does what it says on the tin.

I cannot tell if this has good benefits on gut or anything ! Been having this for 2 months now but will not purchase again

It never hurts to keep everything in balance and these are just the thing. They have a slight odour on opening, but I can’t taste anything when taking them and they are easy to swallow despite being a little larger capsule than some others I have used previously. Not a bad price for a 2-month supply. I like this probiotics which is specially designed for women to use. The capsules are not too big and there is 60 capsules, which is a two month supply. It has a range of ingredients and I appreciate that. The capsule should be used in an empty stomach, so I think it is best to take it in the morning. There is no strong smell, only a very slight acidic smell.The label is not very clear though as the printing is not the best quality. Other than that I am all happy about it.

The Fem Vaginal & Gut Bio-Balance - 2 Months Supply - Vegan capsules are relatively large, but they are easy to swallow. Additionally, they do not leave any aftertaste. It is important to note that since I have only taken them briefly, I have not noticed any significant improvements.

These are nicely packaged and there is a clear label showing the ingredients inside the bottle. These appear to be good quality and they are easy to swallow too. These have a good source of probiotics as labelled on the package .
