The media could not be loaded. The box was heavy and needed two people to carry it to upper level. The assembly looked daunting and had many parts. However once I started to put it together, it went pretty fast and very smooth. One person can complete the assembly. As most steps were repetitive, it didn’t seem tedious. Instructions were very clear. All tools needed were included and I used my power driver to make it easier and faster. The back boards and under boards for draws are thin but not too flimsy. Rest of the dresser was all thick material. Once assembled it looks really nice. The in built power outlets are a plus. Very convenient and it has two usb ports too. The color changing lights add a nice touch to the dresser.

I purchased this dresser and when it arrived it did not come with instructions. The company did email me instructions when I informed them if this. But as I started to put the dresser together I quickly realized that the pieces did not match the pictures in the instruction manual. Many of the holes were not lined up where they were supposed to be, parts were missing, and the pieces did not fit together. I email the company and went back and forth for weeks. They told me to attempt to put it together anyway, they refused to send me a new dresser, said parts would take too long to ship, and would not even provide me with a new dresser or a refund. Eventually they stopped responding all together. This is terrible customer service! I spent over $200 on what is now garbage and Amazon even refuses to do anything about it. I will never purchase anything from this seller ever again it is not worth the price and their product was defective.

I love this dresser is looks great! It was easy to build and the perfect size for my bedroom!

It’s a nice dresser, it’s very small not for adult clothes in my opinion definitely for a kid or teen.When building make sure to put a cloth down scratches very easily

I’ve put together too many furniture items within the last year or so and I’ve gotta say that what pleases me the most about this dresser is how smooth its drawers function. Most times, I end up complaining of drawers not sliding smoothly or not getting all the way to the back. These ones, they all do function perfectly. That being said, assembly was not the easiest of all, not super complicated but a bit lengthy and it certainly requires two people. Every piece was properly marked and it brought extra of almost every screw in case you mess them up. It took me about an hour more than I expected it to assembly. Overall, it looks very very nice, boards seems sturdy and good quality. I was impressed that, in contrast with other items I’ve purchased before, the led lights had its own craved into the Board canal, in which they fit perfectly and even brought little flaps to keep it inside the rail, so very little chances the led strip would fall or detach. Overall, I’m pleased with the look, quality and functionality. I could use s bit more height in each drawer space but for the purpose of clothes, underwear, etc worked very well

Looks very nice once built. Very nice design.Poor instructions: no details, no videos,Cheap: I bought two dressers one for my oldest and this one. Out of both this one was better made. Had more wood than Formica but breaks easily,Very small: once built noticed how small this is dresser is. It’s more for a toddler or kids room. Bought for my 13 year old and definitely too small.Price is very good but not what I expected at all.

The dresser wood is really very heavy it took 2 of us to lift it up when i was assembling it. The instructions are bit puzzling though to putit together and it took me lil time to putit together. However, i was able to do it. It doesn’t trip without even putting anything in the drawers,as it heavy.The drawers are and hinges it comes with are smooth and strong and comes out and goes in very easily. I filled it up with my son’s clothes and it got but heavy and even than i was able to move the drawers easily. Moving it across will be difficult and would need coupe of people to lift. The wood didn’t chip while screwing which happens with me often with poorly engineered wood.The finish is elegant and looks and feel nice but I wish i would have come with handles on the drawers as it get tough when the drawers are full with clothes
