Works as intended
So I needed a way to switch on and off an LED strip light which is powered by by a powerbank since the location of this LED strip light does not have any power outlet ports nearby so a powerbank works well. I needed a switch to turn it on and off so with this device, the button works wirelessly as an on and off switch. One thing to note that this button is powered by a coin battery. A bit expensive for a wireless switch but works as conveniently as intended.

Still passes power when off
Got this to put between the USB power supply and a mouse mover.The cable still provides power when it's switched off. Turning it off or on does absolutely nothing, the mover still gets 100% power off or on.

Does not pass data
This remote usb switch works well and responds to the remote reliably. It's only good for turning off the power to a power only device, like to cold reboot your Raspberry Pi or USB powered lights. When turned on I can't see a keyboard or USB stick through it.
