The chair is made of a pleasant and comfy velvet material. There are no squeaking sounds, but the armrest shakes slightly. The head rest was not comfortable for me, possibly due to my height. The assembly process was straightforward, but it took me two hours to complete it by myself.Ps. I got a small Crack on my plastic thing which covers the gaslift but it's no big thing.
