It pulls air from the inside of the car to the outside. It does not pull very much air, some, but not much.2. It CANNOT be reversed to pull outside air into the car.3. There is a red light that is always on even of the fans are turned off. I hate that!!4. One fan ON seems adequate. But as soon as two or three fans are on the power decreases to "why bother" amount.5. I did not try to mount it on the car window as I knew that it was inadequate.6. The company will refund your money on a return. But you must pay for the postage, but it is more than the cost of the product.

So perhaps I should have read between the lines on the product description. This fan does not have any battery storage - when the sun is shining the fans move some air. But, my intent was to 'charge' the device during the day to provide ventilation at night (I've got other devices I use the same way). Nope - the fans only blow when there's sunlight (or if you plug it into USB port - which I can't do based on the location of the fan). So, if you're looking for something that'll provide some minor ventilation while in direct sunlight: Great. If the fan is near an outlet that can provide USB power and provide minor ventilation: Great. If you want to use this as a stand-alone fan to vent the car when there's no sunlight and no USB . . . . Not so good.

I it with the sun and with the USB but will not work. My own fault for not attempting it sooner. Too late to return.

Junk ..did not work at all threw it in the trash waste of money

I don't notice much airflow and I suspect it's pulling in the same air it is supposed to be exhausting. Quality is not terribly impressive (made of hard, brittle plastic)

This thing just flat out doesn't move enough air to notice a difference

This would be my first ever review of a product. Firstly, the item came too late and after raising my hopes I received a damaged order from the outside box to the inside.So disappointed!
