Works as expected. Cancelled all of my subscriptions to save money thanks to this. ITS NOT PERFECT, but I would genuinely say it is worth it. Picture quality is below average, very easy to set up. Streaming isn’t the greatest (depending what you’re watching).

Watch some YouTube videos because the instructions sucks !!! So far a good product.

DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE – HERE’S WHY:I strongly advise against purchasing this device. The reasons are undeniable:1. Underpowered Hardware – The processor and RAM cannot handle certain channels, likely due to overloaded backend servers. The poor infrastructure struggles to support the volume of devices sold.5. Frequent Crashes & Restarts – The device repeatedly restarted during streaming, even after resets. And yes, my internet speed exceeds the required minimum.6. So this decice did not work out of the box. I spend an entire evening and I could not connect to the server to get the App Store. Java DNS errors. Tried my hotspot, a proxy. Nothing. The next day I tried again; still nothing. Then I found a way to download the App Store and install it using the browser. Bang. Everything works. And it’s pretty cool.Wasted an evening trying to get this thing to work. I can’t even connect to the server. I get java errors; its been suggested that the device isn’t activated. I tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING. What a waste of time.

I wanted to wait and see how this product performed prior to writing a review. I've had theSuperbox now for about 6 months, and I must say 'I LOVE THIS THING." My wife and I settle in every evening to watch our favorite TV series, and or occasionally a movie, and the box hasn't let us down yet. As long as you have decent internet, you really don't need to have cable or dish. I think the box pulls in every local channel in the USA and a healthy amount of channels from Canada. We're able to watch all or any of the NFL games, or any other major sporting event. I think we get all of the Movie channels e.g. HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc... As far as sheer volume of channels, it exceeds 1800+. No DVR, but it does have a weeks worth of playback covering major events e.g. Superbowl, the Masters, NBA playoffs, I think you get the idea. Anyway, this is the absolute hands down best alternative to cable or dish.

This box comes with a lot of equipment. The cords are high quality as well. Definitely worth the money.

Just a warning, we had some issues with this product and I reached out for Technical support from Super Box. It took 24 hours to receive answers to my questions, you could only contact them through emails, and seeing I purchased this product from Amazon there was no replacement guarantee.There is a learning curve with this product, but once you get the hang of it you can really enjoy different entertainment.

This box is EVERYTHING THEY SAY IT IS!If it isn’t working for you then you did not read the appropriate instructions. It has made cutting the cable the best decision ever!!! It literally pays for itself. I cannot rave about it enough and wish I’d known about it sooner. It is the most reliable source of television available. Again although the price seems high it’s only a one time payment and it pays for itself in less than 6 months or 3-4 months of cable service. All you need is good internet and Voila. I will be purchasing additional boxes.
