Quality product. I bought this to add to my healthy food pantry. I really like it. It is versatile and tasty. It even tastes good in coffee. I will buy it again.

A bit apprehensive if the product would live up to the hype….it definitely is all Dr. H says it is….a great health boost! Mixed with apple sauce - it’s an easy daily dose for probiotic health!

Mild taste and finely grounded. It doesn’t dissolve in liquids but hope I receive benefits to my health.

My gut has been working so well since incorporating this product into my diet. I add it to soups, yogurt, jello products, mixed with nut butters, and smoothies.The taste is great. Bag is smaller than I would have expected. Product mixes well into yogurt and smoothies. Does not mix well into water. Taste is very mild.

I was very excited to try HSB as it’s supposed to be very healthy. I put some in my cottage cheese for breakfast and 15 minutes later I developed a severe migraine and sinus pressure. Im assuming I have an unknown allergy to this product. It’s disapointing because it’s not returnable and very expensive. Be mindful you may be allergic to this!

Good nutritional value for a healthy diet and gut microbiome. I sprinkle it on my cereal or oatmeal every morning.
