Was actually delivered early. All parts correct with even some spare screws, nuts and bolts. Put together in a day on my own but would recommend a second person. Very well engineered, excellent instructions amd very happy with the product.

After a lost delivery, the team took it upon themselves to make sure I got the item, nothing was too much trouble and the communications were excellent.As for the gazebo, the pictures speak for themselves, it looks fantastic and does the job. It’s a quality construction, sent with spare nuts and bolts, easy enough to put together, it’s bang on.Thank you.

Once you get over the ‘shock’ of bags and bags of screws / bolts / washers etc it all starts coming together. Definitely a 2 person job - if you drop any wood it easily cracks / dents etc so take care!The instructions are clear BUT pay attention closely to the drawings / take your time. Eventually it was all built and looks and feels really solid and well worth the money. Super quick delivery too :)

Aside from the ridiculous problems in actually getting my order delivered (a courier not only carries your products, but also your reputation), I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the item that I ordered.It comes with easy to follow assembly instructions and, essentially, an easy to follow check list of parts and materials.The quality of the timber and the way that it is cut, shaped and drilled to the highest degree of accuracy makes everything fit together exactly as it should. No fettling required at all.The quality of the tools, fixings and hardware, however, are where this product really excels in my opinion. Often an area where cheaper, less effective equipment is supplied with little noticeable effect, this is the area which, as an engineer, impressed me most.Overall, I am delighted with the finished product and am confident that it will survive many years of the Scottish climate.

Excellent quality. I used the printed manual to build it. Took around 4 hours. Easy to build. They give you plenty of spare screws. Very solid and well designed. Looks like it will last a longtime. All metal is powder coated and the wood is solid and treated. I liked that they provided all the tools for your electric drill. Don’t try to assemble unless you have a battery operated drill. All screws use either driver heads supplied. Requires two people to put it together.
