Feeling good

I started taking these pills 4 days ago and it definitely suppresses my appetite, almost to the point where I forget to eat. I’ll eat my breakfast with my pill in the morning then I’m literally good for the whole day. Before I would be so hungry allthe time and just start eating unhealthy foods. It doesn’t make me nauseous nor dizzy. I’m in a great mood all day. I’m excited to see the results after a month and I’ll come back with an update. 4lbs down In 4 days so it’s off to a great start. I highly recommend.

After a lot of research, I started taking this for serotonin level improvement. It has had a positive effect in balancing moods without negative side effects. I did have to increase to two a day, but it works great.

I have added this to my morning routine, and so far it’s going fairly well. No adverse side effects, easy to swallow, and very reasonable price. I am new to saffron, so I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect, but I’m pleasantly surprised and will continue to keep it in my routine.
