Well built and heavy duty scraper helps a lot with the edges being square. Some scrapers are rounded and wont get to the corners as well as this one does. Works great for turning food, pressing down a smashburger, and for cleanup.

Used this once so far. I didn’t use it to smash the burgers I use a plate with a rim but when it came to turning the burgers this worked great. The sharpness doesn’t leave any char on the griddle and the rigidity allows for you to push down pretty hard without permanently bending it. Maybe not as thick as I thought it would be but it seems adequate.

Works as expected and is heavy duty.

I use this tool everyday in my food truck.Is it better than my home depot scraper? NO!!!!But it is a little wider, and I personally like that. Burgers are flipped easier.So 5 stars to this guy!!!!
