I have used these prenatal for my pregnancy and I am soo satisfied. My baby came out super healthy and strong! Shes only 3 weeks old and the girl can keep her head up. She rolls over like these are milestones she isn’t suppose to reach until later on but she’s already hitting them! They also have kept me healthy and defiantly have strong hair and good skin no issues!!

Update: YOU CANNOT RETURN! I received a brand new package today that I definitely won't be taking and it won't let me return, even though Amazon states that anything bought with prime adheres to their return policy - it won't let me! These are so disgusting my pigs wouldn't eat them!I read the reviews that mentioned the smell and thought it couldn't be that bad.. well it is. I hold my breath & still gag while trying to take these. And then you get to burp it up. I chose this brand because it had everything needed in one convenient package, that is easy to throw in your purse & not have to carry around a pill box. The methylated folate was important, as was the DHA, EPA, choline, zinc and copper. Overall it is a good compilation of many nutrients needed. However, I would've liked to have seen higher levels of the choline, vitamin E, D and B6. As a mom that had had many losses I researched prenatals extensively. My top 3 were this brand, Ovaterra and Ritual. Due to the smell I will not be purchasing these again and I will try Ritual next.

I love the individual packets because they make it so easy to grab and go without having to separate the capsules from different bottles. They are easy on my stomach, which is a huge plus. The taste and smell isn’t the greatest, but it’s hardly noticeable. They’re much better than others I have tried!

I appreciate that this brand is founded by an OB/GYN, and that the supplement formulations checks the boxes for what I’m looking for during pregnancy at this time. Folate, omega dha and choline, for example. This, plus a healthy diet, and I feel like I’m doing the best I can during this important time.

I used these all throughout my pregnancy and continue to take them post partum. At first, the smell was repulsive and strong. I had to take them with a flavored beverage at first to cover the smell and taste. I do feel like that was due to the extent of vitamins within the packages. They provided a solid amount of important vitamins, my hair and nails definitely benefited and I physically felt good while taking them. Some packages of vitamins stuck to more than others. Could have been due to them being delivered in the summer/warmth. I didn’t feel like I was burping fish oil flavor ever thankfully. Some of the pills are on the larger side, which was a little challenging at the beginning of pregnancy but definitely got easier the more I took them. While on the pricier side for vitamins, I think they were worth it otherwise would’ve had to purchase other vitamins and spend the same amount of money.

So far these are the best prenatals I’ve ever taken. Love the anti-nausea blend

I tried these vitamins after seeing all of the positive ads and interviews with the makers. Well these were not for me. They smelled awful. Having to swallow 4 pills left me nauseated and extremely bloated with mild to moderate headaches which started after taking the first pack. I had these symptoms every day when I took these vitamins. After 2 weeks of these vitamins, I went back to my previous vitamins and all of the sick feelings went away.

Box crushed & packets crushed. Not pleased as the price is high and I expect quality product
