This garment steamer is hands down one of the most aesthetically pleasing travel steamers out there! The steam output is impressive, and I really appreciate the convenience of being able to switch between low and high steam settings. However, the first unit I received had an issue where the steamer would get stuck in the ironing mode after a few minutes of use, even after I reset it.That said, my experience with customer support was fantastic! Jaina from the support team was quick to respond and resolved the issue efficiently. Initially, I was concerned it would be a difficult warranty process, but they went above and beyond, following up with me and sending out a replacement immediately. The new steamer works perfectly, with no issues, and I've noticed it stays much cooler throughout use.Overall, I'm really happy with the product and the exceptional customer service I received!

This steamer is just perfect it does exactly what it's meant to do. I have steamed jeans and the shirts I steamed just on hangers and it was so easy, all the creases came out with no effort.

To start with, the item is well packaged and easy to use. It's light, has a long enough lead to plug into the wall and doesn't seem to leak any water.So far I've ironed a work shirt (cotton) and a pair of chino trousers. In the past I've found the chino trousers difficult to iron every crease out, but with this steam iron on the low setting it made the work very easy and resulted in my chino trousers and shirt to be well ironed and with reasonable speed.There seems to be a decent amount of steam output on both the low and high setting. Though I haven't used the dry iron setting yet.The only inconvenience I can identify at this stage is the small water capacity. On the low steam setting I had to refill from full after 1 pair of trousers and half a shirt. Though, this is only an inconvenience.All together, I'm very happy with the purchase.

Excellent steamer, easy to use, does a great job of removing creases from shorts and t-shirts. Ideal for holidays. Had 1 minor issue, which Jaina from customer support resolved very quickly. Overall very happy with product, would definitely recommend.

I ordered this Jack and Rose portable clothes steamer for getting creases out of my daughter’s wedding dress after a flight to Rhodes and I must say it did an amazing job.I would definitely recommend this product.Unfortunately it stopped steaming last week so I contacted customer services about the fault and the service I received was second to none. I heard back straight away and a replacement steamer was delivered to me within 3 days. Jaina from customer services was fabulous !

Absolutely brilliant product! I’m a stylist, & never travel without a garment steamer. I needed a dual voltage one for a trip to Japan, so decided to upgrade. This steamer is lightweight, simple to use, & I was able to steam 4 items on one full tank of water. The rotating head is a plus for versatility. The one downside is that the plate gets very hot, so you need to be careful how you handle it. Definitely a staple for any image conscious traveler.

I bought this purely for holiday use, so it will "live" in my suitcase. The main reason I purchased it was for the worldwide voltage adjustment, so no worrying that it wouldn't work no matter where I found myself in the world. The weight is said to be 0.6 kg, as soon as I took it out of the box I could feel that it was heavier than I expected and when I weighed it it was nearly 0.8kg, not much I know, but when travelling on budget flights every Kg counts. I'm hoping that the weight means it is a good quality steamer with a good long period of use.
