presume the case measurements are without wheels? my case minus wheels is 24" l x 18 "w and 23"d. would a medium size fit it?

Hello, are these covers machine washable? Has anyone washed them?

Sorry I have no idea. We have used our ones twice and are not in need of washing.

As the fabric is only 15% spandex, will it fray if cut? I would need to cut extra holes in this cover to fit my suitcase.
