Broke within 2 months now the Bluetooth is completely unable to connect to my phone. Was brilliant and working fine now absolutely unable to work

Product itself is good, the included cable is terrible and broke in a month but its easy to replace as its a normal usbc cable

I've had 3 Zen's, the original strike pack for PS4 and Xbox, the eliminator for ps4, basically all of collective minds cheating gizmos.The Strike Pack Horizon for the Xbox with the Mobile App is without a doubt the best, better than the zen, it's the phone App that does it, no PC or zen studio needed except to update the software when new.Pity you can't get one for the ps5, that would be great.The zen doesn't work consistently well with a ps5.

My son asked for this to help with his Gaming. I was dubious it would work but since he’s used it, he has noticed a big difference in his gameplay. It really helps minimise the recoil in shooting games. He wouldn’t be without it now. The item easily connected to his controller and isn’t too big or cumbersome. A yes from us!

Brought on the 25th January Now 22nd of March so had it nearly 2 months now. It constantly disconnects mid game and plays up even more so over the last week.

it is a good little gadget however I've started experiencing the paddles have stopped working after a couple months and it's starting to get on my nerves

I would like a refund or a new strikepack usb cable as the cable snapped randomly without me touching it when I put my controller down I don’t know if it was a dodgy cable or not but it randomly broke a refund or a new cable would be highly appreciated other than that it’s anazing
