Good abdominal workout, sturdy and easy to use. The timer on mine did not work, hence the 3 star. Did not return as I can use the timer on my phone, but takes away from quality.

I should have listened 😪
The media could not be loaded. It would have been great i guess if I could get it use it the pins to hold the bar in place is not working properly. The other reviews i read was handles breaking i really was hoping it was just a default one one or two but nope seems to be all of them very poorly built. Returning it .

Highly recomend!!!!
I've always seen the rollers with a small wheel and very hard to use. This is a game changer!! Snaps into place, just make sure its the right so a phone can fit on unit. Not that I'll be on it long enough to watch something. Now about using it: it's very comfortable. Your arms supports. I won't say it's easy, it gives you a good workout. Have to do a little at a time. I find it's like doing a plank when I stretch out. It won't work on a rug, I tried using my yoga mat and it bunches it up. Best on hard wood, vinyl.Highly recommend it. Now I wonder how the ones are that are a little more expensive.
