Love this!
I know our bodies need vitamin K2 and love that one comes as K2/D3 or just as K2. Hubby and I have taken this for about a year and a half now. Easy to swallow and a good value for the money, Especially since it is a small pill with both K2 and D3. Highly recommend. Good quality for the money!

Helps with not getting huge bruises.
When I take this, I don’t bruise as badly. I have a real problem with getting huge bruises from barely bumping against something. This seems to help. I don’t know any difference with my dark under eye circles though.

Vitamin K two stops bloody noses
Vitamin K two was recommended for bloody noses per Internet search. I take vitamin K2 every day to prevent bloody nose in ALASKA and when I travel in the winter to Arizona.

Great value
From my research this is a great price, has the clinical dose, is the most effective form. I am using it with Garden of Life's raw, vegan, calcium and bone building ingredients...it has K2 M7, but only 50mg so I needed the full dose. Undamaged. Fast shipping. Highly recommend.

Energy without the jitters
I take a quarter to a half a tablet along with VIT D. To get the full effects you NEED VIT D!! No more sluggish mid-afternoon feeling, I take my doses before 9am. Any later it affects your sleep. But caffeine sensitive folks will LOVE THIS!
