I was very hesitant on getting this for my knee pain. But since I got it, I have been using this almost every day! I love this! Helps out with my knee pain from work, bowling, volleyball and playing with my kids. Easy to use, easy to charge, small enough to fit your sports bag, very durable that I sometimes throw my bag and forget that it is there. Very functional, heats up and can cook your knee if that's what you want. Great value for the money! FSA approve device!

I love this knee massager my wife has recently had knee replacement surgery and her knee was still really stiff after. I had purchased this massager wi the heat for her and she absolutely loves it she said that the heat is amazing on it and is very comfortable. I tried it as well and I concur great product. The massager part is strong but not to strong.Great item.

Works well for my BF knee pain. His is from age and/or overdoing it- not necessarily an injury. Only complaint would be that it is louder than expected. Also easy to follow instructions.

I was not expecting this to work, but it does. Seems to fit any sized knee. The multiple heat and vibration settings really do the trick. Not sure yet what the difference between infrared and laser modes are, but you can choose either or both. Guess I need to read the manual. Seems to have a long lasting battery, and is lightweight enough to not notice it. Easy to pack for travel too. Really helps.

As a Gen X, what haven't I done to cause pain and suffering to my body...played hard since I was a kid. Now it's coming back to haunt me. The pain in my knee has been intense. After the first use of my Snailax, I felt like I could get up and do squats and jumping jacks! Perfect variation of heat ,vibration and massage at alternating points on my knee. I wasn't expecting it to be as noisy as it is but who cares when I can walk normal for a while afterwards. Its not insanely loud that it's annoying, I just wasn't expecting the noise. I am extremely happy with my purchase.Everytime I've put it on, I silently laugh because I feel like s storm trooper putting on my gear.

This is a great knee massager - never used one before. It feels good and fits well on my knee with the adjustable straps. It’s not too hot but just enough. My mom has bad knee problems, and this has really helped her with relaxing!! I would highly recommend to those with knee issues. I also have not had to charge it yet despite using multiple times!

I bought this for my husband who suffers from bad knees due to his service in the military. He needs knee replacements but is not advised to do so since he is still young. He is bone on bone in both knees so not a lot provides comfort. He said it did provide relief while wearing it but doesn't have long term affects in terms of pain control. It's also quite noisy and kinda annoying to hear while watching a movie 😆 it's small enough to travel with and battery life was very good on one charge. Overall, I think it would be great for those with mild to moderate joint pain.

Why do people buy these things? I know, because they are in pain! This is touted as being great for relieving arthritis pain but upon reading the instructions it states in no fewer than 3 places that if you are experiencing inflamation DO NOT USE the unit. Um, hello? Arthritis IS inflamation!We boxed it back up and sent it back!
