Ioidine is important
I take this iodine because of articles I have read that sold me on the benefits. From thyroid health and improving cognitive function. In the case of nuclear fall out, protects your thyroid.I am not 100% certain that this nascent iodine is the same as iodine tablets for disinfecting water. If so, that's another great reason for consuming this iodine.This iodine a a slight sweetness to it. It is very easy to consume.
