Not recommendable at all
The pan lost its shape on the first use. A cast iron skillet is supposed to withstand high heat. Steak searing was completely uneven. Absolutely not recommendable.

Used once and washed and already covered in rust??

Iron Skillet Always rusting
These cast units rust easily when washed, I can see this even after so many uses. Only way to avoid rusting is to dry wipe, heat mildly and oil each time before storing.
