I like that when I take this with a meal I feel fuller faster and longer. I'm always hungry but I have not been thinking about eating and snacking much wheh I take it. I took it one week and lost 1 pound. If I can lose more I would probably buy it again.

I believe that this affected my body in a deleterious way. I don't know who else has tried this, however, I believe that this is the culprit that gave me diarrhea and a headache. It is possible that I just need to get used to it or maybe my body is just very sensitive to medicines like this which is supposed to raise a man's testosterone. I'm now 55+, and I don't believe that it is good for me because I had a bad experience with it...It just did not make me feel better at all.

I have taken Berberine in the past, and wanted to give it another try. I ordered this one because of the high potency, and I also appreciate the addition of Ceylon cinnamon, which in itself has tons of health benefits. I really like the metabolism boost I get from this. The ingredients are great as well. Definitely recommend.
