The description says the safe comes with 2 emergency battery packs and I only received 1.
I like almost everything about the safe. Other than it came with 1 emergency battery pack instead of 2. It says in the description it comes with 2. That's not true. Also the alarm doesn't go off when the safe is shook or banged. I tested it personally. It only goes off if u put the wrong pin in several times. Can't upload video because I put my safe in my storage unit. Probably wouldn't buy again from this company. I'd look around for a better product. 💯% FACTS...
