The price was good so I took a chance - works just like the original in our netgear hot spot. This seller didn't have instructions for fist uses so I used another sellers recommendation - first 5 uses, fill to 100% but not over (unplug relatively soon after it hits 100%) and let drain to zero (we plugged in for charge at 5%). Holding the charge just as original so yes, we'd buy this again.

I live in the country my hot spot is my internet when my old. Battery died I needed a new battery fast it came the very next day thank you Amazon

I own 2 Neatgear Nighthawk cellular routers, and purchased this battery as a spare for my mobile kit as I travel a lot. I pulled out this battery from my laptop bag to use and was surprised that it didn't fit inside my router. Upon inspection the battery is swollen, it's bulging in the middle, almost ready to burst out of its case.This is a dangerous situation. I don't want a fire in my laptop bag. I would like a replacement, and I would like the manufacturer / Amazon to tell me how to properly dispose the battery. The photo above shows the bulge, the swelling, and the sketchy condition of the battery.The manufacturer offers a one year warranty, but Amazon doesn't offer a link for support. I'm not happy with relationship.

Two stars because it worked, I mean my mobile hotspot had power. But holy crap this thing runs hot. Like whole device was hot to touch.
