Roughly about 2 years from the date of purchase - they don't last in my home more than 6 mos as my pineapple syrup is already gone.

Q: Does this need to be refrigerated after opening?

No I did not, but used it pretty fast since its mostly sugar it might crystallize in the refrigerator. Do what you think is best for you.
