This tape works great for crawlspace encapsulation. Adheres really well and is not difficult to remove from the roll. Very pleased with my purchase.

I used this product to seal the vapor barrier that I installed in the crawl space. It adhered very well to the barrier and sealed well. Good quality and seems very durable. Simple to install.

This BlueTex insulation barrier tape works well to create a barrier around gaps.It has a tiny bit of stretch but not much.It can be ripped by hand though it's easier and cleaner to use a scissors.The adhesive isn't that strong, at least for the roll I got. It might depend on the surface you're sticking it to, but a smooth type surface that I'm using it on is just mediocre as far as sticking power goes. I have to use a fair amount and make sure it's on really good, otherwise it peels off after a while. Because of that, won't have to worry about it damaging what it's attached to.
