How do you assemble the shade? All we received was a base, shade, bulb, and instructions. Does it come with other shade hardware?

Dear, All you have to do is attach the round flaxen fabric shade it to the table bedside lamp and secure. Instructions are included. Very easy to put together.

what is the maximum wattage supported by the lamps?

60 watt bulb equivalent - 9 watt LED. Two bulbs are included in the package. Be aware that the photos are all misleading. This lamp is very small. Check the dimensions.

is this lamp bright enough for reading?

The lamp has three light settings so yes it's bright enough for reading

I received 2 of these lamps. One of them was missing the plastic nut that holds the nightlight glass in place. Where can I get one?
