It was packaged well in quite a compact box. Unboxing and assembly was simple. The build quality is very good. Generally the unit feels sturdy. The handle isn’t as solid but I see no issues.Setting up the device is very simple. Install the anti-limescale cartridge, attached the pad and fill removable water tank. I really recommend using deionised water if you have hard water. Due to the size of the tank a 2.5l bottle from the supermarket will last a good while.The device performs really well. Floors come out really clean and dry very fast. The cable is on the short side but this isn’t really an issue for me. The tank is also small but again not an issue.Really do recommend!

The build quality of this steam mop is very good and I like the minimal neat design. We had a kitchen floor laid 4 years ago and although we hoovered and mopped it regularly dirt gradually built up in the slightly rough stone effect surface. IT took ages to become noticeable but had begun to bug me so we bought this steam mop. The dirt that came off on the mop head was pretty scary and it will take a couple of times going over it to remove, but I think a weekly clean will keep it sparkling. I also like that the steam sanitises the floor.PS the tank is small and needs frequent filling. Not a deal breaker for us.

Does a decent steam clean - the cable is a bit short and the water tank a bit small (requires repetitive refills),however overall does what it is required to do

Arrived really quickly, very easy to assemble and use, two floor cloths included which are easy to attach and wash . Cleans my floors well, not top of the range but does the job well , would recommend.

This is an updated review after my original good one today was it's 2nd use and it steamed kitchen floor well as expected but has now stopped producing any steam at all on 2nd only time it's been used and is now in garage waiting ro be dumped I am very annoyed and disappointed I can't even box up and send it back as box has now gone and I am disabled from a stroke and couldn't box it again anyway. i got this purely for the company good name but if it were allowed I could headline title as something near the company name that would sum it up perfectly use your imagination.

Very pleased with the product my floors are clean that's what I wanted. I would recommend and the price is reasonable.I would advise though only use the kärcher pads, I bought some supplement pads and the come up to short width wise.

This steamer is perfect! We have a large house and we are minimalist and this is just so easy to plug in and use. It is ready to use straight away, the mop heads attach with Velcro easily. The cord is very short so it's easy to tidy away and I'm happy to just move it to the next plug as I go. To full the water I just remove the little canister from the head and take it to the tap instead of lugging something heavy to the tap and having to use a funnel or waiting for the pressure to go down before I can open the lid like other steamers. Honestly this thing is perfect highly recommend

Very pleased with it, cleans great. Could do with the cord being a bit longer though.
