We’ve used this electric cooler on two out of state trips now. No issues whatsoever. Other than trying to understand just how the digital temperature readout works (once set), this is a great addition to the dog crew. Keeping their stuff at house refrigerator temps is critical for pet foods (and human snacks) when traveling and this cooler gets it done. Plug it into the truck power port, then plug it in the house or hotel outlet with one of two power source plugs provided. Nice item, and well worth the money !

First of all, I received tremendous customer support from the company. When my refrigerator/cooler arrived, I realize that the 12 V connector did not work in my Honda passport, a Toyota tundra, and an Audi S5. However, when I reached out to the company for information on returning it, I got a great gal (Stella) who was all about trying to help. She ended up sending me another 12 V connector which works perfectly in my car! This is probably some of the best customer service I have received. Now the cooler functions with both the 12 V connector and the AC/DC connector. I’m in the southeast so it’s very hot right now. I noticed that it initially took approximately 6-7 minutes for my cooler to go”drop from 60° to 37°. However, after that, it retained the cooler temperature, even sitting in my car unplugged. I was gone for about 1 1/2 hours; when I return to my car, it was still cool. I’m very happy to take this cooler on my 4200 mile road trip! Again, many thanks to Stella from The company for making it right.

What a Steal!!! I use this in my semi and over the years I bought numerous coolers and fridges but by far this is the best one so far. Set your temp and it holds it just like a regular fridge. Quality seems very good . Going to buy another just to have .

Very happy. Cools quickly within 20 minutes is 37 degrees. Works great with 12 volt car battery. Good buy!

Small but good for one. Loaded it with worm soda and set the temp at 33 and it had it down to temp in about 4 hours (about the same as my home fridge). Hooked it up to my Jackery explorer 300 (smallest Jackery), it ran it for 24 hours and the Jackery was still ay 10%. simple controls (unlike most), just turn on and set the temp.

Works well. It cooled down drinks and food fast.

Llego dia indicado, la probé en mi habitación y en menos de 30minutos alcanzo una temperatura de 0c. la deje toda la noche y nomas bajo hasta -16c. No llego a los -20c que dice en el anuncio, ahora solo falta probarla en mi camioneta donde la temperatura al interior es muy muy alta habersi enfría igual.
