I’m currently using a memory foam pillow what’s the difference between the two?

It's not memory foam. It's better. It fluffs easily and is gentle with your neck. I am a side sleeper. I have tried, my pillow, temperpedic pillows, neck pillows....this is better.

I need another soft. How do I contact the seller?

Never got inserts with mine could use one at least, pillow too soft.

I'm assuming these pillows are not made in America because they would say it if they were. They seem to be hiding that fact. Where are they made?
