I never write reviews, but hopefully this can help others who suffer with hormonal acne. I have been dealing with acne on my face, neck and chest since I was 12. I am now 40 and have tried EVERYTHING including antibiotics, elimination diets, prescription retinols, medical grade skincare...I started taking this just a week ago, 1 tablet 3x per day, for adrenal and thyroid health, And my skin is no longer breaking out. Even the marks from blemishes that we’re just not healing are starting to go away. I am in absolute shock, WONDERFUL product!!!

I was having certain health issues. This product, recommended by my doctor, relieved my issue.

I LOVE this! I have thyroid issues, and food allergies. When I take this, within minutes, I can FEEL my thyroid flushing. I typically have a feeling like my throat is clogged, but this alleviates that. I know when my next dosage is due just by how I feel. So, this is a really a wonderful product. It's also bovine based...in other words FOOD based. It works quickly.

Great product I would definitely purchase again

I've had acne all my life. I've kept under control with lots of work. I recently have been wanting to get away from pharmaceuticals and this stuff worked like a charm. My acupunturist had said I should try this in conjunction with the Thymex to see if the acne was hormonal or bacterial. The Thymex turned out, for me, to keep me from getting sick, and this was all I needed for my skin. I stopped other treatments and this, along with a blue light kept my face blemish free. It particularly works for hormonal acne (around lower cheeks). I also let a co-worker try some. She had pretty bad cystic acne (doing nothing to control it) and her face has cleared up and she went out and bought this on her own. One word of caution, don't take too many or your cycle may get out of whack. 3x a day seems to work for me.

I am currently taking Vitamin C and when taking Vitamin C you should also take Vitamin E. It works well together. I have been taking standard process products for years now and it has improved my lifestyle.

This is the only brand of E I will buy...High quality and not the toxic form.

I assume it's having a good effect on my health, but it's draining my bank account.
