I've used this several times and it definitely seems to help with sleep.The smell is great not like some other lavender sprays which can smell stale.This is fresh smelling and I can definitely say that I drop to sleep quicker when using this.Even my toddler goes to sleep quicker after a spray of this on the pillow and seems to sleep better as well.The smell is gone by morning, it doesn't linger, after quickly falling to sleep after spraying this I can't say how long it actually lasts in hours lol because I'm asleep so it's doing its job.My only quibble is the cost.... Seems rather pricey for what is just a small bottle of lavender smelling water!But it does smell goooood and fresh and it will make you sleepy.

I'm an absolute snob when it comes to Lavender Sprays. I've had a brand I loved but it closed down. I've tried my too many sprays that have disappointed, too weak or just unpleasant. This one is just how I love it, even better than my former favourite!! Pure, intense Lavender. Long lasting. Makes me happy anytime I use it. I actually also started using it as a perfume!!

Fabulous lovely natural strong lavender pillow scent. I have purchased so many that turned out weak.If you want a true lavender pillow spray this is the one for you.Highly recommend this

Not the best lavender spray and as others have said does have a chemical smell. Wouldn't buy again.

Great product

The scent was quite strong it lasted quite awhile on my pillow. It made my eyes smart the first time I used it .Did it work,I don’t know as my sleep pattern is not good. This is not down to the product though. it was worth the price I paid.
