We use these to help my daughter fall asleep at night when we is still full of energy at night. She has a hard time settling in for the night. We give her 1 of these when we lay down and it takes about 20 min or so to start helping her settle in for the night. She loves them, tastes good.

These worked as far as sleepiness for both kids but one of them did in fact have the night terror side effects but it didn't happen with a rite aid brand we had previously so I can't actually give this to one of my kiddos. Nice enough taste/flavors and texture. A bit expensive but worth it if your kiddos need help sleeping.
