I've always suffered on long drives with numbness and pain in my legs, any journey longer than an hour was a literal pain in the backside no mater what car I was in. This cushion has worked a treat, recently completing a 1000+ miles of driving in a week with little discomfort. Initially it increases your height quite a bit (im 6ft4") but soon squashes down to a comfortable height so don't be put off by the height.

I work in IT and from home, and spend a lot of time sitting down. I also have Sciatica and was looking for something supportive, which also helped me sit correctly. I've been using this cushion for several months now, and I can honestly say it is helping. Yes, my lower back still hurts, but it's more from time-to-time, rather than constantly most of the time.
