The first one arrived showing signs of leaking hydraulic fluid through the box. I sent it back and Bunker quickly sent me a new unit. I must say this thing is a well made, easy to use, and can adapt to many types of off road recovery situations. I strongly suggest you take it out and practice with it in different scenarios so when you do need to use it you’ll have a good idea of how to set it up. Made from aircraft quality aluminum and steel, this thing is solid. I’d be willing to pay a little extra for a hard carrying case because I’m not sure how durable the cloth carry bag is going to be after exposure to sun and harsh weather. Overall, I really like this hydraulic jack and I believe it’s a decent value.

UPDATE:It’s been almost 1 year since I purchased this jack and the carrying case fell apart immediately after placing the jack in it.Yesterday I received a package from Bunker it was a new carrying case!I had no idea this was coming it just showed up.One would hope they had corrected the terrible stitching and zipper on the original bag… watch the video I will let you decide if they have made any improvements…😂😂😂I’m glad they sent it so at least we know someone is reading reviews BUT COME ON!!!Why keep sending out trash you’re wasting your time and mine…. When I first received the jack, the handle ripped off the first time I picked it up. Shortly after, the eyelet tabs for the shoulder strap tore off. Most recently, both zippers broke when I used them last weekend.For context, this jack is stored in my climate-controlled gear room and only placed in the back seat of my Bronco when I go four-wheeling, so it's not exposed to UV damage or extreme conditions. Despite this, the bag continues to deteriorate with minimal use.The jack itself is fantastic, but the carrying bag’s durability is severely lacking.If I can get any assistance in replacing the carrying case, I’d be happy to revise this review to 5 stars.Do you offer any solutions for this issue?Cheers,Skyler

This Jack is awesome. Lifetime quality and the same specs as the ARB Jack for $300 less.

Packing material that the jack was shipped in was poor. Upon opening the box it was apparent that there was a small oil leak. Tested the jack by pumping it up with my vehicle only to find that it wouldn't lower back down. Had to get my mechanical farm jack to lift truck to get the hydraulic jack out from under it. Great concept, horrible product.

I recently picked up this powerful hydraulic lift jack. it’s capable of a whopping 4900+ pounds and let me tell you it’s a beast.This is very well built and has strength and durability incorporated into the design. I have no doubt in my mind whatsoever but this thing last far beyond what I needed it to, maybe even last me. If maintain properly, the hydraulic fluid is replaced regularly, etc. then there is no reason that it wouldn’t.I’ve listed everything from a trailer with a broken wheel, a shed filled with all of its items, used it to hold the carport, while supports were replaced, and several other high stakes jobs.This thing just handled like a champ, had no problem whatsoever with any of the list, and I didn’t even break a sweat, except for maybe carrying it from the truck to where I need it. This thing is bulky heavy, strong and well-built.I would recommend it to anyone who needs a serious lift that provides strength, power, and safety

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my son. When it arrived I noticed the box was damp. I thought it was wet from water but it was hydraulic fluid. I cleaned the jack and left it overnight. The next day it leaked all over the garage floor. Terrible product. Do not buy!!

The whole unit is made out of aircraft grade aluminum and is just so well built. The tool also comes with a really nice carrying bag and also a super heavy duty lifting strap. If you're looking for an awesome off road jack then this is the one to get!!
