Seems to be having an effect - only a week taking these - sleeping wa bit better again now

Im hopeful for this product, but only received them yesterday so far too early to give an honest review, but will add it a little later once it has started to work. Arrived the very next day. Tablets are small so very easy to swallow.

I used to take 1000 mg Ashwagandha but didn't think it was effective, so tried this and I'm glad to say it's fantastic. It just helps you feel that little bit calmer so you can face everyday problems with a lighter heart.

Fair price no issues

Tasteless and I can definitely feel an improvement. Some ingredients though on the back that seem pointless but other than that it’s a good supplement. I’m going to try get a more natural form though
