I love this product! I’ve been using it routinely for over a year now, and it’s been such a great investment. It came with a large variety of waxes, plus pre- and post-wax solutions, which is super convenient. Even after all this time, I haven’t even finished one full bag of wax yet — a little really goes a long way!The wax heats evenly and works extremely well at pulling hair without needing multiple passes. I have very sensitive skin, and this is one of the only products that doesn’t leave me red or irritated afterward.If you’re looking for an at-home waxing solution that’s gentle but effective, this is it. This little kit is AMAZING. I have been searching for a good hair removal system for my armpits for a long time. I was using the GiGi all purpose Honee which was really messy and painful, then I tried Sugar Me Smooth which was a nightmare!! The messiest and most painful method, though it did leave me smooth but not for nearly as long as they advertised even though I used for 2 years. Finally I resorted to a depilatory cream but it left me patchy and didn’t remove the hair from the root which meant rapid re growth. I decided to give waxing another chance so I bought this kit and let me tell you, it is a game changer!!! The warmer is fantastic and reaches the perfect temperature for the wax. The silicone insert is genius and makes for a super clean process. The gloves, sticks, and pre and post oils are awesome as well (though I won’t be using oil beforehand because it didn’t allow the wax to stick very well). The wax is great and minimally painful, with hardly any pain after the first pass. My favorite part is that the ingredients are clean, natural, and cruelty-free!! I highly recommend this kit and will update if for some reason it no longer works as it should. As long as you read and follow the instructions you should have an easy and pleasant experience like I did!!

This waxing kit was my third experience with at-home waxing.My first kit worked well, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to clean; the wax warming part was one (attached) piece, and it was metal. I ended up giving it away because cleaning it was more hassle than it was worth.My second kit was a straight silicone pot on a warming pad. While the wax itself was great, it was SO inconsistent with temperature; the wax was either too hot or not hot enough. I used it twice and gave up.I honestly didn't have high hopes for this third kit. My first two experiences were terrible and both kits were a lot more expensive. Considering the price point of this kit I figured at worst it would make a good paper weight. I've never been more pleasantly surprised! It actually worked exactly like it said it would! The digital read out for the temperature is so awesome and lets you set the exact temperature that works for you and the wax you're using. The kit also included basically everything you need to do at home waxing.My only complaint is that the wax beads seemed to get really brittle after having the wax warmed for a while. Since I don't know that much about hard wax beads, I don't actually know if this is normal or not? Regardless, the kit works great and I'm super happy with my purchase. Definitely would recommend!

Comes with lots of wax one for face, body, bikini line, corse hair, and one for sensitive skin. Does a great job of getting hair but doesn’t really pick up really thin or short hair. I have very sensitive skin and nothing broke me out the post spray is very soothing. Only thing is that it hurt wayyy more then I thought it was if you have a low pain tolerance this is NOT for youu, you get more used to it the more you do it tho. And the knob to turn up and down the temp it very sensitive and it’s very hard to get exactly the degree you want. Comes with everything not sure how to exactly use the silicone thing cause the box says put it under the warmer but the only place it would fit is inside the warmer 🤷‍♀️

Takes a long time to heat up. It takes so long to heat up, I get busy doing something else and forget about it. But it does heat up works nice. I warm this up to 160.

This is my first time using an at home wax machine. The instructions that come with are definitely lacking for a first timer, but I figured it out by my second time. I had the heat set pretty low and it took FOREVER to melt- I took my husbands advice and turned it to the max heat and it melted within minutes. I am just careful to let the wax stick cool for about 15 seconds before putting it on my skin. I used it on my underarms and bikini area and it works wonderfully! I haven’t had to shave in 4 days now. I love it!
