Yes, these mats would be fine for a home treamill. Very thick and solid.

Do these have a smell?

Hi, There's no getting away from fact the mats are rubber, therefore can smell of rubber....but it isn't something customer's have mentioned and we don't feel it is a strong smell.

Would these be able to protect a wooden floor if i dropped 150 kgs on them please

they are very durable so i would say yes...but we have not tested this you can drive a car over them no problem if this gives you an idea of the strength
