I travel a lot and I always take my quaker with me so this is perfect.
I bought this for my quaker which I had one very similar, but it was a lot bigger so the smaller one really helps for traveling. I travel three hours away every three weeks so this really is very useful. I have a that I recently got so I really want to get one for her too because it’s so easy to travel with and they are very happy and a little food and water and the trip goes by very quickly did never get stressed out. As well, it’s not super super sturdy. It’s just sturdy enough that once you zip all the areas up in place and then the front door unzipped to let the bird in and out. I do think it’s perfect for the bird though because you’re not expecting to put anything on top of it so definitely worth it and definitely a great price.

Perfect Portable Haven for Our Feathered Family Member and Great For Emergency Situations.
As the proud owner of Hobe, our 30-year-old African Grey Parrot, finding a suitable and compact travel cage became a necessity for our family. Hobe is not just a pet; he's been a cherished member of our household for over 28 years.Living in the South, where tornadoes occasionally pose a threat, prompted me to search for a smaller, more portable cage for quick getaways. This cage exceeded my expectations, especially considering its reasonable price. Crafted with good fabric, it features a convenient zippered opening on one end, a pocket on the other, and sufficient visibility for both us and Hobe, even though it doesn't provide 360-degree views like metal cages. The cage includes a small perch, an aluminum pan for the bottom, and boasts a top handle along with an adjustable shoulder strap for easy transport. Lightweight and foldable, it's a breeze to carry and stores flat when not in use. While it may not be ideal for extended trips due to the absence of built-in food or water holders, it's perfect for quick outings or emergency situations—the very reason I purchased it.Well-made and reasonably priced, this cage is a fantastic investment. I highly recommend keeping one on hand for any unexpected escapes!

Parakeets didn't complain
Our two parakeets took to this carrier with ease, and it's easy to see why. The size is just right for our little birds, and its sturdy construction maintains its shape while being easy to carry. Securing the perch is a breeze, providing our birds with a comfortable spot during travel. Highly recommended for parakeet owners seeking a reliable carrier solution.

A really nice travel carrier for small birds
If you have 1 or 2 small birds like parakeets, this travel carrier works very well. I mainly ordered it to keep my parakeets in while I clean their large cage, but I will also use it to take them outside sometimes for some fresh air. If you have to travel with your small bird, this case is ideal. It comes with a metal pan with a raised edge for the bottom, so if your bird makes a mess you can easily clean it up without getting the rest of the carrier dirty. And the perch that is included is perfect for your bird to sit on. There is plenty of ventilation and your bird can see out of all 4 sides.

Perch is too large for a parrotlet
The carrier quality is nice overall, but the perch is too large for a parrotlet. He couldn’t grip on it which unfortunately makes it useless. Would be perfect if it had a rope perch for better grip (and since it’s better for parrots’ feet than dowel perches anyway.)
