I was worried about other reviews saying that the meal wasn’t hot enough. They were wrong. Meal is piping hot from a full charge. Takes about 25 mins and means that I don’t have to queue for the microwave at work. Highly recommended.

Very good 👍 I brought my Heatsbox about three months ago Iv had no problems with it I put it on half hour before my lunchtime or you can set a time on your phone and my foods nice and hot.I did have one problem but was my fault was i use a different charger cable and it didn’t warm my food properly or charge the box so make sure you use the right charger cable but very happy with it specially on these cold days 👍👍👍

I am a cabin crew often operate long-haul flight and when I get to the hotel I struggle to microwave available. And came across this smart heated box. I love the concept and willing to give it a try. It’s very easy to set up by download the app. My first attempt went well and was able to heat up small about of left over food. I started off with 75 degrees but took much longer, so after first cycle i increased to max of 80 or 85 degrees. Overall all, it took approximately 35 minutes and reasonable hot but not pipping hot. The box itself is very good quality and robust and easy to clean inside and out including the dish. At this point, I was very happy.However, when it comes to charging, that’s when all the hurdle starts, whilst try to recharge it took many hours (6 hours I say) to get to the 3 red dot fully on display. I am not sure if this is normal or picked just received a multifunction heated box. The next day tried to heat up more left over and this time the battery runs out about 20-25 minutes even when was fully charged the day before. At this point, I take it this heated box has some kind of defects and have no choice but to return as in not function properly for the price i paid. For this reasons, I say is not good value for money.This smart-heated box did not meet my expectation so I am afraid I would not recommended until they fix the charging and battery issues.

Nice and easy to use warms food they are expensive but worth the money

Great if you work or teach outside. Have mine in a back back, set the time for a planned stop, open it up and nice and warm. Saves me getting out my mess tins and jet boil.

Not much to dislike it dose exactly what it says on the tin used it 5 times not takes a bit of fiddling to get it at the temp you want app not bad but could be much better

It’s expensive and does not heat up properly except for soups and beans with sausages.I’ve tried rice with chicken in white sauce but it’s cold or tepid.Just trying a tin of all day breakfast and it’s not even heating up the potatoes which are small and yes I have stirred it around.It’s going back.

Unbelievable piece of Kit. I will be taking this to work and camping when I go.
